Getting Started
EventBlastPro helps clubs, organizations, businesses, churches, fire companies, ham radio groups, car clubs, and community groups create professional event notices.
Creating Notices
Use the create notice form to build the announcement your recipients will see. Keep the title clear and direct. For example: OCARC VE Testing Session, Annual Car Show, or Fire Company Turkey Raffle.
- Event type: Choose the closest category so the system can load better presets, backgrounds, and audio choices.
- Message: Use a preset as a starting point, then edit it for your organization.
- Location: Enter the full address so the directions link works properly.
- Logo: Upload your organization logo when appropriate. Avoid tiny or blurry images.
- Background: Pick a background that fits the event without making the text hard to read.
Contacts & Groups
The address book is meant to help repeat senders avoid typing the same recipients over and over.
- Create groups such as Ham Club Members, Car Show Vendors, Fire Company Members, or Church Volunteers.
- Keep names, emails, phone numbers, and notes accurate.
- Remove contacts who no longer want messages from your organization.
- Do not import purchased, scraped, or questionable lists.
RSVP Help
When RSVP is enabled, recipients can respond from the generated event notice page. This is useful for meetings, testing sessions, dinners, raffles, volunteer events, and limited-capacity events.
- Use RSVP when you need a headcount.
- Make sure the event title and date are correct before sending.
- Check the RSVP viewer after sending notices.
- For public events, still consider asking for RSVP if planning food, seats, tables, or volunteers.
Sending Notices
EventBlastPro may support different sending methods depending on the current setup, including email, manual sharing, and future SMS/text options.
- Email: Best for newsletters, clubs, and organization announcements.
- Manual sharing: Copy the notice link and post it where appropriate.
- SMS/text: Should only be used with clear consent and opt-out handling.
Opt-Out Guidance
If a recipient asks not to receive notices, remove them from your list promptly. This is especially important for email lists and absolutely required for text-message programs.
Recommended opt-out wording
You are receiving this notice because you are connected with the sending organization or event. To stop receiving future notices from this sender, reply with REMOVE or contact the organizer directly.
For future SMS/text use
Text messaging should include clear HELP and STOP handling, sender identification, and consent records. Do not text people who have not agreed to receive text notices.
Privacy & Responsibility
Respect recipient information. Contact lists should be used only for legitimate event communication by the organization that collected them.
- Do not sell or share contact lists without permission.
- Do not upload contacts from sources you are not authorized to use.
- Keep account passwords private.
- Delete outdated contacts when they are no longer needed.

FAQ
Can I send notices to a whole club or organization?
Yes, when your address book and groups are set up. Create a group, add contacts, then select that group when sending.
Why should I test-send first?
A test send lets you verify the title, date, address, logo, background, audio, and RSVP behavior before sending to everyone.
Can recipients RSVP?
Yes, when RSVP is enabled for that notice. The generated notice page should show the RSVP option and the sender can review responses.
Can I use EventBlastPro for public community events?
Yes. Public event listing support may depend on how the event is created and whether public visibility is enabled.
What should I do if someone asks to be removed?
Remove them from your contact list or group as soon as possible. Do not continue sending to people who opted out.
Who do I contact for billing questions?
